Since 2009, Edify has been working to improve and expand sustainable, Christ-centered education worldwide.We are a U.S.-registered nonprofit operating in 14 countries across Latin America, Africa, and beyond — including Peru, Ghana, Guatemala, the Dominican Republic, and more.Edify supports low-fee, independent, Christ-centered schools through three core areas: Lending | Training | Education TechnologyLearn more at: www.edify.orgPosition SummaryThe Christ-Centered Education Officer (CCEO) plays a vital, facilitative role in advancing Edify’s mission in Peru.This full-time position focuses on helping partner schools integrate Christ-centered values and principles into their educational programs.You’ll coach, train, and equip school leaders to enhance both the academic quality and spiritual impact of their institutions — promoting holistic, Christ-centered transformation in education.You’ll also collaborate closely with local, regional, and global Edify teams in areas such as business sustainability, education technology, and spiritual formation.Key ResponsibilitiesRelationship ManagementBuild and strengthen relationships with partner schools and Christian education networks in Peru.Collaborate with Edify program staff and local partners to coordinate training activities.Facilitate school transformation committees and discipleship clubs.Represent Edify at local, regional, and global events.Training & CoachingVisit schools regularly to support leaders and teachers in implementing Edify’s Christ-centered education model.Deliver and oversee training in biblical worldview, leadership, and teaching methodologies.Monitor, assess, and report on training effectiveness.Facilitate the formation of small professional learning communities within partner schools.Strategy & ImplementationSupport strategic planning and the execution of Christ-centered education initiatives.Communicate and oversee program goals, ensuring outcomes are achieved and well-documented.Manage data collection and reporting using Edify’s platforms.Identify schools’ needs and growth potential for training, finance, and technology support.ReportingProvide timely reports and updates on program activities, outcomes, and impact.Collaborate with global teams to share success stories and best practices.Maintain accurate data in Salesforce and other systems.QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).3–5 years of professional experience in education, community development, or youth programs.Experience in Christian ministry leadership is highly desirable.Proven experience as a coach, mentor, or trainer.Skills & AttributesPersonal faith in Jesus Christ and alignment with Edify’s mission and values.Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.High integrity, humility, and a heart for servant leadership.Proficiency in Google Workspace, database systems, and digital communication tools.Ability to travel frequently within Peru (up to 30 school visits per month).Additional DetailsWork Model: Hybrid (based in Lima, Peru)Travel: Significant in-country travel, plus annual global team gathering.Background Check: Required prior to employment.Degree Verification: Official transcripts will be requested before hiring.Application Deadline: October 2025How to ApplyIf you’re passionate about Christ-centered education and want to use your talents to make an eternal impact, we would love to hear from you!Apply here: https://edifyorg.bamboohr.com/careers/98
