This position will work onsite at the CCO headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA. Purpose Of The PositionThe Director of Finance leads all areas of the organization's financial reporting. This leader is responsible for maintaining accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements; addresses a multitude of accounting activities; and manages and supervises the Finance team to ensure appropriate resource allocation and that is completed in a timely and accurate manner. Qualifications/RequirementsEducation:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting required. Management/supervisory experience is preferred. Job DescriptionObtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure. Responsible for processing the CCO payroll. Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Advises staff regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions. Supervise the finance department staff to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met. Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.
