But we need extra team members to help make that happen.Start dates vary from mid-September to mid-November and you’ll be with us until around mid-January. Many of our Christmas Team Members have progressed into roles throughout The Warehouse Group, so this role could be your stepping stone for longer term and wider opportunities!Job DescriptionTe kaupapa o te tūranga - The purpose of the role. Specifically we are looking for vigilant and proactive Loss Prevention Officers to join our team to help with covering over the busy period! Your main focus will be preventing theft and ensuring the safety of our staff and customers.Key Responsibilities: Monitor security cameras Maintain a visible presence on the shop-floor Interact with customers and address their concernsUpload events onto our crime reporting platform. Generally the hours of work will be 6pm - 10:30pm.QualificationsHe kōrero mōu ake - About youYou’ll be right in the action, on your feet, helping customers, and keeping things moving. If you're someone who shows up, takes initiative, and works well independently and in a team, then this roles for you.Retail experience is a plus, but what matters is your attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
