This position will include occasional travel in the south of Sweden.What You'll Be DoingRespond to customer enquiries via chat, phone, web, and email with product support, quotes, and order assistance.Support sales efforts by providing technical expertise on chromatography solutions.Deliver product info, recommendations, and basic application guidance.Use CRM, ERP, and support tools to document and manage interactions.Help achieve sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.The Essential Requirements Of The Role IncludeBachelor’s degree or higher in a Life Science (e.g. Chemistry, Biology).Experience in Technical Sales or Customer Service.Strong teamwork mindset, organizational skills, and multitasking ability.Valid drivers licenseFluency in Danish, Swedish and EnglishJoin our winning team today.
