The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery through effective planning, monitoring, and forecasting. Work Model: Onsite/In-OfficeResponsibilitiesEssential Duties & Job Functions: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, integrating inputs from various disciplines. Track project milestones, critical paths, and dependencies, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Work with project teams to update progress, identify schedule variances, and recommend mitigation strategies. Prepare weekly/monthly reports, including look-ahead schedules, progress updates, and earned value analysis.

Monitor and analyze schedule performance, ensuring that schedules reflect current project status and anticipated changes. Support claims analysis, time impact analysis (TIA), and forensic scheduling when necessary. Ensure project schedules comply with company standards, contractual requirements, and client expectations. Collaborate with cost engineers, procurement, and construction teams to align the schedule with budgets and resource planning. Attend project meetings and provide scheduling input and updates as required. Other related duties as assigned. Job RequirementsMandatory: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. 3+ yrs of experience in project scheduling or project controls using Primavera P6.

Proficiency in Primavera P6 Professional and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong understanding of project management principles and scheduling methodologies (CPM, WBS, float, etc. ). Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and contracts. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to pass pre-hire background and drug screen. Preferred: Experience with earned value management systems (EVMS). Knowledge of cost control and budgeting processes. PMP, PSP (Planning & Scheduling Professional), or similar certification. Experience in federal construction is preferred. Reasonable Accommodation:
