Job Description:1. Product Development Process Management:Implement the planning, management, and supervision of the application of principles and standards related to product development.Analyze, measure, and evaluate the effectiveness of the product development process.Identify & Improve: Identify bottlenecks, risks, and inefficiencies in the process. Propose and participate in implementing initiatives to improve and optimize steps in the process.Build & Standardize: Participate in the development of documents, guidelines, and flowcharts related to the product development process. Establish performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor process effectiveness.Research, evaluate, and propose supporting software tools.Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure effective process execution. Provide periodic reports on the effectiveness and progress of process improvement initiatives.2. Product Performance Management:Manage the overall product portfolio performance across the bank, within the assigned scope.Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting systems, and dashboards to monitor and measure business performance and comprehensive management of the entire banking product portfolio.In-depth Analysis: Conduct regular and ad-hoc data analyses on the performance of individual products and the overall portfolio; identify success factors, areas for improvement, trends, and optimization opportunities.Evaluate the portfolio performance against set targets; prepare detailed management reports and propose solutions based on analytical data to improve operational effectiveness.Job Requirement:1. Graduated from University majoring in Economics, Finance - Banking, Business Administration...2. Have at least 02 years of experience in the following fields:Product development, advanced product development methods such as Agile, Design Thinking, Lean Startup....,Product data analysis, product optimizationProject management and use of project management tools
