Job Description: This job is to be performed by an HR intern who is responsible, under direction, for afford supporting HR coverage officers on various HR-related functions. The duties and responsibilities he/she is going to take this job include, but are not limited to: Responsibilities: Assist HR recruitment team in day-to-day operations. Support and experience the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job posting, and sourcing to candidate management. Help maintain the recruitment tracking system and other relevant recruitment metrics and reports. Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks.
Prepare HR-related reports as needed. Requirements: Studying toward a degree in Human Resource Management or related field. Attention to detail and well-organized. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work effectively with business and candidates. Team player but also independent and driven. Creative and able to think out of the box when facing challenges. Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese. Prior internship/ part-time experience in Human Resources will be an advantage. Able to work at least 3 full working days per week, able to work full time would be an advantage.
