This isn't just a regular BA job; while we have a global BA team, you'll be the first BA here, shaping the definition of new client products and laying the groundwork for our future BA team in Czechia and Slovakia. Your initial focus will be a greenfield medical application. You'll be the crucial link, translating our client's vision into clear roadmaps and detailed backlogs for our dedicated team of 6 developers, Delivery Manager, and QA tester. Your mission: ensure we build exactly what the client needs to succeed. Responsibilities: Client Product Definition & Strategy:
Lead the process of understanding client business challenges, defining their product vision, and translating it into actionable roadmaps and prioritized backlogsExpert Requirements Definition: Drive the elicitation, analysis, and precise documentation of functional and non-functional requirements for complex software solutionsSolution Design & Validation: Partner with clients and our engineering team to conceptualize effective solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibilityTeam Enablement & Mentorship: Act as an embedded expert within our Agile project teams, facilitating collaboration and, as the first BA, helping to define our local BA practice and mentor future hiresStrategic Consulting:
Identify opportunities for digital transformation and process optimization, advising clients on how our solutions can deliver maximum business valueRequirements: Proven Expertise (4+ years): Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst, Product Owner (consulting context), or similar client-facing role in a software house or consulting firm focused on software developmentTechnical Acumen: Ability to engage effectively with developers, understand architectural principles, and translate technical concepts for business stakeholdersExceptional Client Engagement: Superior communication, presentation, and relationship management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levelsAgile Proficiency: Solid practical experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworksFluent English:
