所属业务集团总部岗位职责Responsibilities / 岗位职责为香港办公室提供日常行政后勤事务支持,包括办公用品的采购、保管与发放,确保办公物资充足。 Provide daily administrative and logistical support to the Hong Kong office, including procurement, storage, and distribution of office supplies to ensure adequate stock. 负责办公室设备的日常维护与报修,处理办公室的文件收发、复印、扫描及归档工作,保证文件流转规范有序。 Responsible for routine maintenance and repair requests of office equipment, handling document distribution, copying, scanning, and archiving to ensure standardized and orderly document flow. 承担公司在港组织或参与的重要会议、展会、大中型活动的会务支持工作。会前负责场地预订、议程安排、资料准备、嘉宾邀请与接待等事宜;会中做好现场协调、签到引导、设备调试、记录整理等工作;会后进行场地清理、资料汇总归档、反馈收集等后续事宜。 Provide event support for conferences, exhibitions, and large-scale activities organized or attended by the company in Hong Kong. Pre-event: venue booking, agenda planning, material preparation, guest invitations, and reception. During events: on-site coordination, attendee guidance, equipment setup, and record-keeping. Post-event: venue cleanup, document archiving, and feedback collection.
协助香港办公室主任完成临时交办的工作任务,如协助起草简单的行政文件、整理汇报材料、跟进特定事项的进展等。 Assist the Hong Kong Office Manager with ad hoc tasks, such as drafting administrative documents, compiling reports, and tracking specific matters. 与公司总部行政部门保持沟通,及时传递香港办公室的行政需求与相关信息,协调解决跨地区行政事务问题。 Maintain communication with the headquarters' administrative department, relay the Hong Kong office's needs, and coordinate cross-regional administrative issues. 任职要求 Requirements / 任职要求大学本科及以上学历,行政管理、文秘等相关专业优先。 Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related fields preferred. 2 年以上行政或文秘相关工作经验,有香港地区行政工作经验者优先;熟悉香港的办公环境、商业习惯及相关法规者更佳。 2+ years of administrative or secretarial experience; Hong Kong-based experience is preferred. Familiarity with local practices and regulations is advantageous. 具备基本的行政管理知识,熟悉行政事务处理流程。具有良好的中英文沟通能力(书面与口头),能熟练使用粤语交流,满足香港办公场景的沟通需求。 Basic administrative knowledge and familiarity with workflows. Fluency in English and Cantonese (written/spoken) for Hong Kong workplace needs.
