In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining product excellence and supporting our commitment to customer satisfaction, compliance, and continuous improvement. What You Will Do:
Analyze acute and chronic component and finished good issuesInvestigate root causes related to machining and assembly processesRecommend and support corrective actions through cross-functional teamsDevelop and maintain quality procedures, control plans, and inspection plansCompile and submit PPAP documentation per AIAG and customer requirementsMonitor customer portals for claims, scorecards, and documentationSupport and participate in internal, customer, and third-party auditsConduct quality-related analysis of drive shafts and part assembliesLead and facilitate problem-solving efforts using 8D, 5 Whys, and Fishbone (Ishikawa)Maintain and manage departmental records in accordance with quality systemsQualifications:
