Work location: Home Office 1303 Yonge StCity: TorontoWhat you will do: This role will focus on delivering best-in-class analytics insights to support the development of customer-centric business and marketing strategies. This is a hybrid position (3 days in-office weekly) based at our Toronto office located at 1303 Yonge St. Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Collaborate with business stakeholders to inform overall strategy for marketing campaigns, defining measurement approach and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Develop and maintain data models and ensure data quality and consistency.
Own and report out on ongoing loyalty, business & e-commerce performance to leadership and cross-functional partnersProvide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts and data team members & contributes to prioritization of team roadmapWhat You Will Need: Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, etc. ) or related field5+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role in e-commerce, Marketing or Loyalty spaceAbility to generate meaningful business and customer insights from large volumes of complex data. Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python or R).
Expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent. Strong statistical knowledge and experience applying A/B testing, regression, and other advanced methods. Ability to translate business problems into data questions and insights. Strong organizational, time management and communication skills (verbal and written).
