Job PurposeAs a Storekeeper, you will be responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials including raw materials, packaging materials, finished products, consumables, and miscellaneous items. You will ensure inventory accuracy, maintain store organization according to GMP standards, and coordinate deliveries to customers efficiently. Key Accountabilities Accountability Cluster Major Activities / Tasks Material ReceiptReceive all material types from suppliers (RM, FP, PM, spare parts, consumables, miscellaneous). Inventory ManagementManage inventory levels and maintain stock accuracy. Store MaintenanceKeep stores clean, organized, and stocked according to GMP standards. Coordination with PurchasingMaintain stock levels by coordinating with the purchasing team.
Distribution & DeliveryPrepare and execute deliveries of finished products to customers. Free of Charge (FOC) ProductsPrepare and dispatch FOC products as required. Major Challenges Ensuring accurate and timely receipt and storage of diverse material types. Maintaining store organization and compliance with GMP. Coordinating effectively with purchasing and delivery teams to maintain stock levels. Managing timely and accurate dispatch of finished products and FOC items. Rigor, reactivity, and attention to detail. Ability to work flexibly and seriously.
