We’re growing fast and currently looking for a Fiber Optic Splicing Team Leader to join our Phase B FTTH Construction Team as part of OTE’s nationwide fiber rollout. This is a field-based position based out of our HQ in Gerakas, Attica.
🔧 Your RoleAs a Team Leader, you’ll actively participate in fiber optic splicing and testing, while leading a dedicated field team. You’ll organize daily activities, allocate tasks, monitor performance, ensure quality compliance, and act as the go-to problem solver to keep projects on track and up to spec. 🛠️ What You'll Be DoingPerform splicing and testing of optical fibers using specialized equipmentGuide and coordinate your team in the field to meet project deadlinesEnsure quality standards (ISO, EETT, etc.
