Main Responsibilities And TasksSecure, control and follow up the fuel stock volume registers (retail sites);Conduct data analysis, develop and maintain fuel volume control processes;Identify, analyze and resolve discrepancies connected to the fuel stock volumes;Maintain documentation/ records linked to control functions to facilitate the audit trail;Interact with Business Unit operations, technical services and other staff as necessary to obtain information required;Take part in operational projects and process improvement initiatives, participate in process and system testing;You Will Work In Close Collaboration With Supply Operations; Finance & Control; External suppliers and partners;Main RequirementsHigher educational level in Business Administration, Accounting or related field;At least 2 years’ experience within accounting, finance or stock control;Fluency in English is a must as you will be in daily contact with internal and external stakeholders in all our markets;Advanced skills in Excel and regular Office tools;Knowledge of accounting systems and/or knowledge from a trading system is an advantage;Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex issues/problem;Improvement driven and good team player;What You Can Expect At Circle KMonthly salary starting from:
