Come grow with us!AboutCircle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for someone who is passionate about people and would like to join our global family as: JUNIOR CUSTOMER CONTACT CENTRE REPRESENTATIVEMain ResponsibilitiesProviding professional and courteous support to B2B and B2C customers via phone on daily matters. Consulting customers and resolving issues via email correspondence (both B2B and B2C segments). Supporting fuel station employees by helping to promptly resolve current situations. Collaborating with the sales team – exchanging information and providing timely support via phone and email.

Communicating effectively with internal company departments to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Entering and processing data in customer service systems. Main RequirementsPrevious experience in customer service (considered an advantage). Ability to communicate clearly and understandably in Latvian; fluency in English is an advantage. Good computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM systems, etc. ). Accuracy, strong sense of responsibility, and customer-oriented mindset. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and effectively solve problem situations. Ability to work fully from the office. What You Can Expect At Circle KMonthly salary: 1000 -1200 EUR Gross.
