Key Responsibilities1. Local Market Insight & Growth StrategyDevelop and execute localized digital marketing and user acquisition strategies for the Russian-speaking market, particularly in the digital entertainment and gaming sectors.Leverage market insights, user behavior trends, and data analysis to identify and prioritize growth opportunities.Build comprehensive annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with regional growth objectives.2. Digital Campaign Planning & ExecutionPlan, launch, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns (social media, influencer, content, affiliate, and community marketing).Track and analyze key performance metrics such as acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement.Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and localized storytelling.3. Partnership Development & Ecosystem ExpansionIdentify and establish strategic partnerships with local platforms, communities, and brands to expand user reach and brand visibility.Manage collaborations with KOLs, media, and partners to maximize campaign performance.Explore co-branding and cross-industry partnerships to strengthen the company’s local growth ecosystem.4. Content Localization & Marketing OptimizationWork with internal creative and regional teams to localize and optimize campaign materials for the Russian market.Ensure all marketing assets align with local language, culture, and user preferences.Regularly refine content and messaging strategies based on campaign performance and feedback.5. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Market IntelligenceCollaborate closely with operations, product, and data teams to ensure marketing initiatives drive measurable business growth.Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and campaign learnings to guide decision-making.Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance marketing efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and creative output.QualificationsNative Russian speaker with strong proficiency in English for business communication.Minimum 5 years of experience in digital or integrated marketing, preferably within gaming, entertainment, or consumer internet sectors.Proven track record in multi-channel user growth, campaign strategy, and execution.Strong understanding of Russia’s social media landscape, influencer networks, and online communities.Analytical and creative mindset, with the ability to leverage AI and automation to improve marketing performance and workflow efficiency.Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
