Cisco Business Development Manager

What you’ll do Drive sales and distribution of Cisco technologies, services, and solutions in Austria Build and strengthen relationships with Cisco, customers, and channel partners Identify new business opportunities and lead customer acquisition initiatives Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue goals Support partners and clients in the pre-sales phase with technical and business insights Manage vendor relationships, marketing activities, and available development funds Educate the market and internal teams on new Cisco offerings and innovations Collaborate with commercial and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions What you bring Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, vendor, or distribution roles Deep understanding of IT sales cycles, service models, and channel ecosystems Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Fluent German and English (written and spoken) Genuine interest in technology and digital transformation Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a growing regional team Why Alef Work directly with one of Cisco’s most established regional partners Join a new Austrian subsidiary with a clear long-term investment strategy Be part of a strong regional network of 500+ professionals across 10 countries Enjoy autonomy, vendor support, and a company culture that values expertise and innovation
