This is an entry level role responsible for processing basic to relatively complex transfers in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to perform moderately operation tasks, by providing processing assistance for assigned projects. Responsibilities: Payments data input into banking systems with the highest accuracyCooperation with other Citi teams from all over the worldData correction in banking systemsIndividual involvement in international projectsComprehensive process and product knowledgeEnsure timeliness (according to cut-off time) and accuracy of processing payments & tasks to be deliveredIssues and escalations identification, reporting and handling till the resolutionsPossible shift-work (early- 7AM/ mid - 10AM /late – 2:

30 PM shifts) including public holidays, occasionally weekends for testing purposesIdeal background:
