We welcome applications from experienced caseworkers or from advisers wishing to train to caseworker standard. The successful candidate will be confident working one to one with an allocated number of clients (caseload) over the phone and in person. This role will join an existing team to advise on a range of advice issues including income maximisation, housing, money and debt. We use AI tools to assist our staff with their case notes and you must be comfortable working with online applications and technology. We hope you will consider joining Citizens Advice Somerset.
