Job Title: People Service Centre AdministratorSalary: £24,969 Per AnnumLocation: Glasgow Head Office, G5Contract type: Fixed Term (12-months)Full time: 37. 5 hours per week. Monday - FridayHere's what you can expect to be doing: The People Service Centre Administrator will be responsible for administration activities across the People Support, Onboarding and Travel Desk functions. The role will also be responsible for providing reception cover at the head office, ensuring a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience. This role responsibilities includes, but is not limited to: Ensuring the People System is updated consistently, accurately and all relevant documents are uploaded or each colleague.

Covering Head Office reception duties. Chasing any non-compliance to ensure all colleagues have all relevant documentation on file. Validating new starter Right to Work documentation. Processing leavers on the People System. Processing contract changes on the People System. Updating and maintaining internal trackers with accurate information. Serve as the primary point of contact for employees requiring travel assistance. Reserve hotel accommodations based on location, budget, safety, and employee preferences. Manage last-minute changes, cancellations, or rebookings with minimal disruption to travel plans. Ensuring the People drive is used appropriately, avoiding duplication and streamlining where possible.

Here's what we would like from you: Knowledge or previous experience working within administration. Knowledge of General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). Accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent communication skills
