City Lodge Hotels is currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Executive at Town Lodge Windhoek. This position is open exclusively to Namibian citizens. Applicants must have a Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent, and a Certified Sales Professional Certificate or equivalent in sales basics will be advantageous. Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. Applicants should have at least three years of “on the road” sales experience, including both reactive and proactive selling, and a solid background in hotel operations, such as market segmentation planning and familiarity with the RFP/RFI process and related systems.
Experience in multi-property sales, on-property reservations, and exposure to domestic, regional, and international markets will be considered an advantage.
