Job Description

Responsibilities:• Implement action plans for distribution, volume growth and visibility by optimizing the use of marketing resources and materials• Manage the external field force agencies and monitor the objectives to be achieved and evaluate performance of the agency• Organize meetings with the agency and help them to motivate the team behind the objectives• Check the application of marketing guidelines and procedures contribute to evaluate and recruit the right profile and implement all the training session (initial and on the job) anticipate resources.• Manage your budget like a real Business Unit for the sake of return on investment and profitability• Establish winning relationships with stakeholders within the Region to ensure your understanding of the sector environment• Optimize and improve organizational and work-related processes to maximize productivity• Evaluate the marketing activities to propose corrective actions • Follow the most important clients (independent, chains) and identify the business opportunities• Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback • Minimum 60% of the time on the field Requirements:• With a higher education and significant experience in managing a sales team in the consumer goods sector.• Excellent communication skills, very good analytical skills, ease with numbers, ability to lead and motivate, sense of responsibility, strong investment and geographical mobility are your assets for success.• Experience in tobacco or vaping industry would be a must.• Speaking English would be a plus.
