Landscape Management Department Works (4) - 10 Hour ShiftsMonday - Thursday 6a - 4porTuesday - Friday 6a - 4pLandscape Maintenance Worker Position OverviewThis is manual work requiring physical strength in maintaining City grounds, parking facilities, parks, alleys, easements, and highways. Work requires skill in the operation of small to medium equipment, trucks, and farm tractors.
Work involves performing a wide variety of grounds and parking facility maintenance tasks. Work also involves the operation of small to medium sized tractors and mowers; scheduling or performing preventive maintenance and performing minor repairs. Qualifications And Necessary Special RequirementsSome experience in grounds maintenance or construction work and some experience driving a truck or tractor, or mower; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Valid driver's license is required. A Class B CDL is desirable.
