The Healthy Homes Department, reporting to the Senior Vice President of Healthy Homes, oversees operationalizing environmental hazard compliance efforts. The Office of the SVP of Healthy Homes provides strategic management and oversight to the three departments under Healthy Homes: Lead Hazard Control, Office of Mold Assessment and Remediation, and Asbestos. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, the Senior Advisor responsibilities include: Act as liaison between the Senior Vice President and Healthy Homes Department Leadership Teams, functioning as a resource for identifying challenges and developing solutions, and ensuring the timely flow of information.
Review and analyze Healthy Homes operations and available data in order to identify opportunities to establish key performance indicators and service level agreements. Coordinate with Healthy Homes Administration and other teams in the preparation of budgets and reporting requirements for different funding streams. Provide project management support for key initiatives led by the SVP, including organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and tracking action items for projects. Assist in monitoring project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful implementation.
Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans, initiatives, and performance improvement efforts within the department, fostering teamwork and accountability among team leads and stakeholders. Analyze compliance requirements and draft memos with policy recommendations. Represent the Senior Vice President in meetings and on committees. Create presentations through research, analysis, site visits and information gathering. Perform other duties as assigned.
