[What the role is]As an Assistant Manager / Senior Executive at Singapore Air Traffic Control Centre (SATCC) or Seletar Tower, you will be responsible for managing key operational functions including SATCC / Seletar Tower access pass processing, budget coordination, and facilities management across both locations. [What you will be working on]Your responsibilities also include processing the monthly recall allowances, coordinating training administration, managing vendor services (carpark and canteen), and overseeing the taxi service arrangements for shift officers. You will serve as a key point of contact for various stakeholders while ensuring compliance with established procedures and maintaining accurate records.
[What we are looking for]This position requires strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities, with emphasis on attention to detail and process compliance. You should possess excellent administrative and communication skills, ability to work independently, and experience in vendor management.
Requirements2 – 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in operations or facilities managementProven track record in stakeholder management and handling time-sensitive operational mattersGood interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication abilitiesDetail-oriented and able to manage tasks with accuracy and minimal oversightExperience in government procurement, vendor management, or budget coordination would be an advantageYour appointment designation will commensurate with your relevant work experience. Successful candidates will be offered a 3-year contract in the first instance and may be considered for placement on a permanent tenure or subsequent contract renewal.
