Their portfolio includes high-value facilities in data centres, logistics, life sciences, advanced manufacturing, and energy infrastructure.Due to continued expansion, they are seeking Civil Engineers at Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior levels to support major construction works in Sines, Portugal-a critical location for industrial and logistics development in Europe.Role SummaryThis is a unique opportunity to contribute to high-profile industrial developments in a region experiencing major infrastructure growth. You will work within a multidisciplinary site delivery team, supporting the civil engineering scope on complex, technically demanding projects.Key ResponsibilitiesAcross All Levels:Assist in the execution of civil and structural works including groundworks, slabs, drainage, utilities, and external packages.Interpret design documents and technical drawings, and support alignment of site works to plans and specifications.Collaborate with site management, contractors, and engineering teams to ensure quality, safety, and programme compliance.Maintain records and assist in reporting on progress, quality assurance, and health & safety performance.Additional for Mid-Level & Senior Roles:Oversee specific civil work packages and subcontractor performance.Lead technical coordination, quality control, and troubleshooting during construction phases.Liaise with consultants, client representatives, and local authorities where required.Mentor junior engineers and support team development.Contribute to planning meetings and constructability reviews.Candidate ProfileQualifications:Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.Strong understanding of civil construction practices and relevant safety regulations.Proficient in reading technical drawings and site documentation.
