This position is exclusively for Qatari Nationals and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and maintenance of Qatar's road infrastructure.Develop and implement comprehensive road maintenance strategies and plansConduct regular inspections of road networks to assess conditions and identify maintenance needsDesign and oversee road repair and rehabilitation projectsAnalyze traffic patterns and recommend improvements for road safety and efficiencyCollaborate with contractors and government agencies to ensure compliance with local regulations and standardsPrepare detailed technical reports, cost estimates, and project schedulesManage budgets and resources for road maintenance projectsStay updated on innovative road maintenance technologies and best practicesProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and techniciansEnsure all projects adhere to environmental and safety standardsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required;Minimum of 3 years of experience in road engineering and maintenanceIn-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices, with a focus on road construction and maintenance techniquesProficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software, GIS software, and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesThorough understanding of Qatar's road standards, specifications, and regulationsFamiliarity with local environmental conditions affecting road maintenanceProfessional Engineering (PE) certification or equivalent is preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentQatari Nationality is required for this position
