Civil Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to be assigned to the Contracts and Progress Payment Department for infrastructure projects. The selected candidate will actively participate in contract management and progress payment processes, provide support in technical documentation, and assist with project tracking.ResponsibilitiesTracking and managing progress payment and contract processes, preparing necessary documentation,Conducting quantity take-offs and cost analysis to support financial evaluations,Supporting technical office processes, including project documentation and tracking,Assisting in tender preparation and proposal processes,Reviewing and verifying subcontractor progress payments,Ensuring compliance with contracts and coordinating with relevant departments,Preparing official correspondence with governmental institutions and drafting technical reports.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering,1-3 years of experience in infrastructure projects, particularly in the technical office,Proficiency in English, capable of understanding technical documents,Strong command of MS Office programs (especially Excel) and AutoCAD,Knowledge of progress payments, contract management, and quantity surveying,Strong analytical thinking skills, attention to detail, and solution-oriented approach,Team player with strong communication skills,No travel restrictions and willing to conduct site visits when necessary.At Koloğlu Holding, we are committed to the principle of equal opportunity and fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
