Civil Engineer (m/f/d)

Job description:We are looking for a professional with a strong background in managing industrie civil projects.You should be passionate about cost optimizing of civil solutions and capable of managingsuppliers during engineering and execution phases. Your wealthy experience and coordinationskills will play a crucial role in the success of our projects. Your tasks Develop the civil solutions according to the project requirement and estimate costsduring the sales phase. Clarify, discuss and present the technical solution towards the team and the customeracross all project stages Create request for quotations (RFQs) for civil related packages, find the right civilcontractor partners and negotiate together with the procurement the contracts. Manage civil design solutions over the total project lifetime Align modifications with the internal experts and external partners and suppliers Inspect executed civil works and being responsible for the change management  Profile description: Your Profile Degree in civil engineering Experience in civil project management (Knowledge about technical building equipment like HVAC, fire protecting systems,lighting…. is a plus.) Ability to consult with customers and notified bodies about technical designrequirements is expected Experience to supervise the construction Strong communication, analytical and planning skills Solution/team/customer oriented with the confidence to act pro-actively Ability to communicate, cooperate and interact comfortably across cultures.
