Civil Estimator

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Estimator based in Bandung. The Civil Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project plans and specifications, and identifying any potential risks or opportunities. The role includes conducting site visits, gathering relevant data, and collaborating with project teams and stakeholders. The Civil Estimator will also be required to create detailed take-offs, manage tender documentation, and ensure cost-effective project execution. Qualifications Proficiency in cost estimation, material take-offs, and project cost analysisStrong understanding of construction methods, engineering practices, and project management principlesProficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and estimating softwareEffective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in team settings and independently with minimal supervisionBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related fieldExperience in construction, infrastructure, or engineering estimating is preferredFamiliarity with industry standards and regulationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsCompany Description PT Satria Nusa Enjinering is dedicated to providing total solutions for smarter, cleaner, and sustainable industries.
