You’ll thrive in a dynamic, hands-on environment and bring the practical know-how to lead a diverse team in a cross-cultural setting.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate all civil construction activities on site.Manage subcontractor performance, productivity, and quality.Monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and maintain accurate records.Ensure compliance with design, safety, and environmental standards.Work closely with the Construction Manager and Project Engineer to drive program delivery.Mentor and develop local team members, building capability and collaboration.Skills and Experiences:About You:You’re an experienced Civil Foreman with a strong background in complex infrastructure or Defence-standard projects, ideally with exposure to remote or international construction environments.
