Job Title: Civil ForemanBrief Job Description: Responsible for supervising and coordinating daily site activities, ensuring that all civil works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. The Civil Foreman oversees labor teams and subcontractors to achieve project targets in quality, time, and cost.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and direct site crews and subcontractors in daily construction activities.Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.Monitor productivity, progress, and material usage on-site.Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.Coordinate with engineers and site management to resolve technical or scheduling issues.Maintain daily site records, reports, and attendance logs.Qualifications & Skills:Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering or equivalent.5+ years of experience in civil construction supervision.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.Good leadership and communication skills.
