Civil Inspector

Job Descriptions:Supervise civil works carried out by contractors to ensure compliance with standard procedures.Assist the pre-handover team in checking the list and handing over to consumers.Handle issues within the civil technical scope, including conducting tests.Review the total item list in detail.Prepare a weekly report on contractor activities and work progress.Supervise the maintenance and repair work of environmental and infrastructure facilities.Evaluate the performance of the contractor.Support the procurement of facilities and infrastructure for events organized by the Sales & Promotion department.Job Qualifications:Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK or equivalent).Minimum 5 years of working experience for high school graduate and 3 years of working experience for Bachelor's Degree in developer or contractor in housing/landed project.Computer literate (Microsoft Office and Auto CAD).Understand and know the rules and regulations related to estate management.Having knowledge in Civil Construction, Working Drawing and Structure Material.Having knowledge to make RAB. Willing to be placed in BSD City.
