Associates work with lead attorneys across all litigation phases—from rapid-response investigations to discovery, depositions, and trial—driving strategy to meet client goals.2. Day to day, associates partner with lead counsel on rapid-response investigations, case assessment, discovery/depositions, and trial, with a strategic focus on client outcomes.3.
