Applicants should have solid litigation and/or labor and employment experience and must be prepared to assume an active caseload from start to finish, including propounding and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting and appearing for motions, trial prep, making court appearances and client/carrier reporting. We are seeking attorneys who are good problem solvers and willing to efficiently manage a full load of cases alongside Partner supervision.The ideal candidates will actively handle litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients by managing cases from inception to resolution. These individuals will build and maintain positive client relationships and provide an excellent client experience.Responsibilities (included, but is not limited to):Providing legal support to clientsManaging cases from inception through trial and/or appeal, as necessaryMaintaining positive client relationshipsPreparing legal reports and documentsPropounding and responding to discoveryDrafting and appearing for law and motionTaking and defending depositionsClient reportingQualifications:CA Bar admitted attorney in good standingA minimum of 5 years of litigation and/or labor & employment experienceStrong civil litigation knowledgeStrong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skillsTrial experience is a plusProactive, responsive, responsible, accountableStrives to create and maintain healthy working relationships with co-workers and clientsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $150,000.00 - $200,000 per yearBenefits:401(k) matchingHealth insurancePaid time offReferral programSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:Bonus payLicense/Certification:CA Bar license (Required)Work Location:On location / In person
