Job Title: Civil Site SupervisorBrief Job Description:Responsible for supervising and monitoring daily site operations to ensure civil works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. The Civil Site Supervisor oversees manpower allocation, progress tracking, and quality control to achieve project targets within schedule.Key Responsibilities:Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure timely progress of work.Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.Ensure all works comply with project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.Monitor site safety practices and enforce compliance with safety regulations.Coordinate with engineers, foremen, and subcontractors for smooth workflow.Maintain daily site records, progress reports, and attendance logs.Qualifications & Skills:Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering or equivalent.3–5 years of experience in site supervision within civil construction projects.Good knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety norms.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
