Civil & Structural Resident Engineer

Project: HDB at Bishan (BTO)Job DescriptionProvide standing supervision as and when directed by Consultant team.Witness all inspections, testing and commissioning sessions performed by Sub-contractors to ensure compliance with quality standards, designs and specifications.Compile relevant equipment, material, inspection and test certificated submitted by the contractors as required for the project records.Ensure company's safety rule is complied with.Resolve all site issues and ensure timely completion of the project.Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to drawings and specifications.Attend site meetings and perform site inspections.Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.Any other task assigned from time to time.Tentative commencement date December 2025/January 2026.Job RequirementsDegree in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognized university and registered with IES/ACES as a Resident EngineerMinimum 3 years experiences as Resident Engineer in precast high rise residential building project.Experience in building projects, experience in HDB projects will be an advantage.Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsPreferably conversant with local codes and familiar with local authority’s regulations and requirementsPlease submit your full resume, contact number(s), current & expected salary, copies of educational certificates and date of availability in your application
