Civils Site Supervisor

Teamforce Labour are seeking an experienced Civils Site Supervisor to oversee ongoing civil engineering works in Spital (Thurso).The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating site operations, managing teams, maintaining high standards of health and safety, and ensuring works are delivered to programme and specification.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily site activitiesManage site labour, subcontractors, and plantEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policiesMonitor progress and report to project managementRead and interpret drawings and specificationsMaintain site records and daily reportingRequirementsProven experience as a Civils Site Supervisor or ForemanStrong background in civil engineering or groundworksValid SSSTS or SMSTS certificationCSCS card (Supervisor or equivalent)First Aid certificate (preferred)Excellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to work to deadlines and manage multiple tasksEqual Opportunities StatementWe are an equal opportunity employer.
