Key responsibilities of the team include:
Developing company-wide nutrition policies and executing regional strategiesProviding nutrition guidelines for product development and conducting internal educationConducting nutrition science research to elevate product health valueCollaborating with global expert networks to ensure the credibility, effectiveness, and transparency of our nutrition strategy[Key Responsibilities]■ Nutrition Strategy Development & ImplementationLead the development and execution of country-specific nutrition strategies across key regions (e. g.
, US, EU, APAC, KR)Bridge nutrition science research with global business objectives to enhance product competitiveness and differentiation■ Product Nutrition Guidance & Innovation SupportDevelop product nutrition guidelines and provide science-based recommendations to support innovation and reformulation effortsCollaborate with cross-functional teams across the value chain to ensure effective integration of nutrition insights into product development■ Regulatory IntelligenceMonitor and interpret global and local nutrition regulations, standards, and policy trendsProvide proactive insights to support regulatory-compliant nutrition claims and messaging strategies■ Scientific Communication & External EngagementDeliver evidence-based health communications to both internal and external partners, including consumers and professionalsEngage with external experts and key stakeholders to strengthen the scientific credibility, transparency, and impact of the company’s nutrition strategy[Qualifications]3+ years of experience in the food industry, including 2+ years in human nutrition-related rolesMaster’s degree or higher in Nutrition Science, Food Science, or a related fieldExperience working with or collaborating across global markets such as the US, EU, or APACExperience in data-driven nutritional analysis or statistical interpretationStrong knowledge of food, health, and nutrition regulationsExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across diverse internal and external teams
