Responsibilities Perform research, evaluation and analysis of potential M&A / investment / business development opportunities As a junior member of the team, work with the team and other counterparts to execute investment initiatives and special projects Assist in the management of both international and local business operations Act as a key coordinator between the company and business counterparts and service providers Perform operational data analysis and prepare reporting and presentation materialsRequirements University graduate in business, accounting, finance or related discipline 3-6 years of rigorous experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, accounting/finance, investments.
Seeking analysts/junior associates from top-tier investment banks, but candidates from smaller banks/advisory firms/Big Four deal advisory/transaction services will be equally considered if demonstrate equivalent experience and competencies Must possess: Rigorous, hands-on deal experience in private M&A deals (sellside, buyside, JVs etc), [plus] public M&A (listed companies). Ability to show a track record is keyFamiliarity with M&A process/deal cycle; experience in preparing Information Memorandums/Investment Committee memosStrong experience in company valuation, financial modeling (DCF and LBO models).
Preferably having acted as the lead junior on financial models across a number of projectsGrit, motivation, high personal standards. Must possess resilience for and be mentally accepting of junior level work Team player with excellent inter-personal, communication and analytical skills Mature, independent and self-motivated. With a track record of performing in high-impact assignments/critical situations Fluent in spoken and written English and well-versed in MS Office and Bloomberg/FactsetWe will offer attractive compensation package to the right candidate.
