Claim Processor (Pharmacist)

We are seeking a Claim Processor with a Pharmacy background to join our growing operations team. The ideal candidate will have a pharmacy degree, strong analytical and communication skills, and prior experience handling medical or pharmacy claims. This role involves reviewing, verifying, and processing claims efficiently while ensuring compliance with payer guidelines and internal quality standards.Shift Timing (on-site): 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time)Key Responsibilities:Review and process claims accurately and in a timely manner.Verify patient, provider, and other information against claim documentation.Identify discrepancies, resolve rejections, and manage claim follow-ups.Coordinate with insurance companies, pharmacies, and healthcare providers to resolve claim issues.Ensure compliance with company policies and payer requirements.Maintain detailed records of processed claims and communicate status updates to internal teams.Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy and turnaround times.Qualifications:Pharmacy degree (Pharm-D) – required.1–2 years of experience in claims processing, billing, or prior authorization preferred.Understanding of pharmacy benefits, insurance claim workflows, and reimbursement processes.Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.Proficiency with healthcare software systems and MS Office (Excel, Word).Strong verbal and written communication skills.What We Offer:Competitive compensation package.Collaborative and supportive work environment.Opportunity for professional growth in a fast-evolving healthcare company.Exposure to advanced healthcare technology platforms.How to Apply:Send your resume and cover letter to hr@psychwebmd.com with the subject line Claim Processor
