Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Request and obtain quotations from insurance brokers for coverage, renewals, or policy adjustments.Review and verify received quotations for completeness and accuracy.Maintain organized and detailed records of all quotations and related correspondence.Track the status of quotation requests to ensure timely receipt and processing.Prepare reports and summaries of quotations for management review.Ensure that all quotation-related documentation is filed and archived according to company procedures.Follow up with brokers to clarify details or request additional information as needed.Support compliance requirements by ensuring all broker communications are properly documented.Contribute to improving efficiency and accuracy in the quotation management process.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, insurance, or a related field preferred.2+ years of experience in insurance administration, quotation handling, or a related role.Experience working directly with insurance brokers to obtain quotations is required.Strong administrative and organizational skills with a high attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication for professional coordination with brokers.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with document management systems.Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines with accuracy and professionalism.Must be Bilingual.
