The role is focused on delivering timely, accurate, and empathetic responses to customer queries, ensuring a high standard of service and resolution.What You’ll DoReporting to the Claims & CRG Supervisor the successful applicant will be responsible for the following key activities: Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and claims received via CRM, telephone or self-service portals. Accurately log, categorise, and prioritise cases in the CRM system. Provide timely responses to customer enquiries, aiming for first-contact resolution where possible. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. Maintain clear and professional communication with customers throughout the resolution process. Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Finance, Operations) to ensure effective case handling. Monitor open cases and follow up to ensure timely closure. Support the promotion of self-service tools and digital platforms to customers. Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company policies.What You’ll Need Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
