The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary package and a dynamic, supportive workplace culture.About the Role As a key member of our Australian Bus & Coach Team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end heavy motor claims across our extensive broker network throughout Australia. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of three days in the office and two days working from home.Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end heavy motor claims Apply strong communication skills, policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and negotiation expertise Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively Take ownership of the customer experience, build rapport, and resolve disputes effectively What We’re Looking For Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Motor Insurance, ideally including heavy motor claims A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong initiative Ability to work autonomously and drive results Strong time management and organisational skills Confidence in negotiating, influencing, and maintaining broker relationships About 360 Underwriting Solutions Founded in 2017 by Denis Morrissey and Chris Lynch, 360 Underwriting Solutions is a specialist agency committed to delivering tailored insurance solutions to brokers and their clients.
