These hires will play an integral role in supporting the development and growth of prospective flow and reinsurance transactions from a pricing, structuring and execution perspective. Profile:
Qualified Actuary with 7+ years relevant experienceDeal or transaction/execution experience across insurance PRT, Reinsurance or M&APricing experience in an asset-intensive context would be highly desirableA strong understanding of Solvency II or equivalent is requiredStrong communication skills with the ability to interact with non-technical audiences Leadership or managerial experience would be beneficialAbility to work in a fast paced, dynamic environmentThese hires will be responsible for developing and driving business propositions in existing and new markets. Growth trajectory encompasses autonomy and ownership of running flow deals as well as working closely with junior members of the team.
