Apply now!Your RoleWe are seeking a strategic and creative Content Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated multi-channel content marketing programs that drive brand authority, client engagement, and lead generation in the energy sector.

This role bridges marketing, sales, and program management to deliver compelling, co-created content experiences that position our brand and partners as thought leaders in the industry. This position requires a passion for content marketing and digital media products, an understanding of the customer journey, a keen focus on data-driven decisions, and a commitment to collaboration, optimization, and innovation. How you'll make an impact: Key Focus AreasCollaborate with leadership to deliver strategies that drive engagement across multiple media brands. Work cross-functionally to develop content marketing, subscription marketing, advertising opportunities, lead generation, and promotional campaigns.

Implement and continuously improve workflows and processes to enhance team collaboration and customer engagement and satisfaction. Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & DevelopmentDesign and execute a content strategy aligned with business goals, sales objectives, and digital engagement metrics. Develop high-impact content packages (e. g. , white papers, webinars, video series, articles) in collaboration with internal SMEs and external sponsors. Lead the creation of thought leadership content that educates, informs, and inspires target audiences across the energy value chain. Conduct user research, A/B testing, and content analysis to guide strategy.

Client-Facing Proposal DevelopmentCraft compelling content marketing proposals, sponsorship packages, and brand storytelling assets tailored to client objectives. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to pitch co-branded content opportunities that drive measurable ROI. Campaign Management & PromotionBuild and manage multi-channel promotional campaigns (email, social, paid media, SEO) to amplify content reach, enhance engagement, and generate leads. Partner with digital program managers to ensure seamless integration of content into broader digital experiences and lead nurturing workflows. Collaborate with data teams to manage segmentation, list hygiene, and optimization. Manage media partnerships from onboarding through performance reviews.

Lead Generation & Performance OptimizationDesign content journeys that support lead capture, qualification, and conversion. Define and report on KPIs tied to audience development and content impact. Monitor campaign performance, audience engagement, and lead generation using data analytics tools (e. g. , Google Analytics, Omeda, Salesforce, Hootsuite) and optimize based on insights. Partner with digital and data teams to generate actional insights and guide continuous improvement to customer journey and product offering. Monitor and manage marketing budget spend and pacing. Stakeholder CollaborationServe as a strategic liaison between marketing, sales, product, and external partners to ensure content relevance and alignment.

Facilitate editorial boards and content planning sessions with internal and external subject matter experts. Partner with digital and data teams to generate actionable insights and guide continuous improvement. The skills & experience you'll need: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field. 5+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, preferably in the energy, utilities, or industrial sectors. Proven ability to develop and execute content strategies, digital media campaigns, and audience acquisition strategies that drive lead generation and sales enablement. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a portfolio of published work. Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.

g. , Omeda, Hootsuite, Google Analytics), CRM systems (e. g. , Salesforce), and analytics tools. Familiarity with digital content and media technology, including how marketing tools integrate across the customer journey. Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Strong understanding of the energy sector’s trends, challenges, and regulatory environment is a plus. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
