About The RoleWe are seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our Global Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and their senior leadership team.

This pivotal role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail, as you will serve as a trusted partner enabling the CRO and revenue leaders to operate efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will manage complex calendars, coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple time zones, and handle travel arrangements with precision. Additionally, you will support communication efforts by preparing presentations, consolidating activity reports, and assisting with departmental initiatives and special projects.

Your role will also involve managing confidential information with integrity, providing logistical support for onboarding new leaders, and collaborating closely with other executive assistants to ensure seamless support for the senior management team.
