The individual will manage day-to-day tasks such as customer service, sales, and communication with clients. The role also involves training in sales strategies and managing sales accounts.

This is a hybrid role based in Zagreb, Croatia, with some work-from-home flexibility. What you’ll do:

• Build and nurture relationships with interior designers, architects, and hospitality clients• Respond to client inquiries and provide product information (email, phone, video calls)• Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and order follow-ups• Support lead generation and outreach efforts to grow the B2B client base• Maintain and update client databases and track sales performance• Learn and apply Éclart’s B2B sales strategy with mentorship and ongoing trainingQualifications• Strong communication and customer service skills• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or client-facing roles• Proven ability to manage sales cycles and follow up with leads• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively• Fluency in Croatian and working proficiency in English• Interest in interior design, architecture, or creative industries• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus• Prior experience in interior design, furniture, or home decor sales is a strong advantage• Valid driver’s license (B category) – occasional travel to clients or events may be requiredWhat We OfferCompensation & Security• Fixed monthly salary• Attractive commission structure based on closed B2B deals• Transparent goals and performance tracking – no hidden expectationsFlexible Work Environment• Hybrid work model – modern office in Green Gold, Zagreb + work-from-home flexibility• Full-time role (Monday to Friday, standard hours), weekends off• Autonomy in daily planning, with strong team supportGrowth & Development• Structured onboarding and hands-on training in B2B sales• Ongoing mentorship in sales strategy, product knowledge, and account management• Real opportunity to grow into a senior role as the brand expands across EuropeHow to ApplyReady to join Éclart Walls?
