Class Manager

We’re recruiting passionate and organised individuals to support the smooth delivery of our 4-week digital skills training program for entrepreneurs across Nigeria.This project is focused on helping grassroots business owners - barbers, cobblers, event planners, hairstylists, virtual assistants, and more - learn how to use digital tools to grow their businesses.We’re seeking Class Managers who are not just coordinators, but also skilled in community management and telesales support. This hybrid role requires you to keep classes running smoothly, motivate learners through active community engagement, and maintain consistent follow-ups via calls and chats.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate class activities and track daily attendance.Follow up with participants who miss sessions (via WhatsApp or calls).Manage participant communities and keep groups engaged.Share class updates, links, and motivational reminders.Maintain accurate participant records and weekly reports.Call participants regularly to check progress and encourage completion.Support facilitators with scheduling and class logistics.Escalate feedback or issues promptly to the program lead.RequirementsStrong organisational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication (written and verbal).Experience managing WhatsApp or online learning communities.Prior experience in telesales, customer engagement, or class coordination.Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel for tracking attendance and reports.Reliable internet and access to a phone or laptop.Friendly, patient, and proactive personality.To apply, kindly fill out the Google Form link below for the Class Manager role.https://forms.gle/zYNZUyyvUd8ZURSA6We look forward to receiving your application!
