Job Title: Senior Account Executive – Training & Upskilling (Government & Corporate Sector, Kuwait)Location: KuwaitDepartment: Enterprise SalesReports to: Sales Manager – GCCType: Full-timeRole OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Account Executive to lead Classera’s expansion in Kuwait’s government and corporate training sectors. This strategic role focuses on selling Classera’s workforce development and digital learning solutions to ministries, government entities, state-owned enterprises, and large private sector companies.
The ideal candidate is a consultative enterprise sales leader with experience managing complex public and private sector sales cycles, a deep understanding of national skilling priorities, and a strong network in Kuwait’s business and public sector ecosystem. Key ResponsibilitiesTerritory Strategy & Pipeline Growth Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to grow Classera’s footprint across Kuwait’s government and enterprise sectors. Identify, qualify, and pursue training and upskilling opportunities aligned with Kuwait Vision 2035 and private sector digital transformation efforts. Build a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities, targeting HR, L&D, and strategy stakeholders.
Enterprise Sales Execution Lead end-to-end sales engagements, including needs discovery, solution development, proposal preparation, pricing, negotiations, and closing. Position Classera as a strategic transformation partner by articulating the value of digital training, upskilling, certification programs, and learning analytics. Navigate government procurement processes, public tenders, and approval cycles. Account Management & Growth Own senior-level relationships with key accounts, including government bodies and large enterprises. Lead account planning to ensure long-term success, retention, and expansion across multiple divisions or ministries. Deliver periodic business reviews and ensure value realization through Classera’s solutions.
Market Engagement & Collaboration Represent Classera in Kuwait at industry events, HR and training forums, public sector workshops, and government advisory sessions. Work closely with marketing, implementation, and customer success teams to tailor solutions to client needs. Track competitor activity, public policy changes, and sector-specific training trends. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, HR, or a related field (Master’s is a plus). 5–8 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in EdTech, HRTech, L&D platforms, or public sector consulting. Proven success in closing large-scale deals in both government and enterprise contexts in the GCC.
Strong knowledge of Kuwait’s workforce development landscape, digital transformation policies, and public-private skilling initiatives. Fluent in English and Arabic, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience working with ministries or large public organizations in Kuwait is highly desirable.
